About our Facilities
Since 2000, we have been centrally located in Rancho Cucamonga. Our office features hospital-grade sterilization, digital imaging, and five fully equipped treatment rooms to accommodate the wide range of services we offer.
Our welcoming atmosphere combines wellness and advanced technology to address complex dental issues, especially when urgent care is needed. Our services not only enhance our patients’ confidence but also build lasting relationships that span generations. We are delighted to contribute to the smiles of our broader community!

Our Training Credentials
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from UC Santa Barbara in 1980, Dr. Chapple completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the esteemed Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, DC, in 1984. He initially practiced in Carmel, CA, before returning to the Inland Empire in 1991. He has been practicing at this location since 2000.
